When you double click it, a box should come up (usually top left of screen?) and then press open on that? if not, pick it up - reload hotel - try again
.

Somethin comes up in the top left screen, it says '2013-04-21 Furnimatic Box Close'

They might have disabled them maybe? Or could be a glitchy box..
