    Default Friends ex's/love interests

what's your thoughts on this, are they off limits? would u get with someone your friend liked? have you?

for me this guy was pursuing my friend for a few months and she was denying she liked him but as soon as i got with him she suddenly fancied him since the beginning lol. IMO no-one belongs to another so it's not off limits to go with someone a friend likes or their exes. however, if my friend likes someone whether its an ex or not and actually explicitly says they like them then i wouldn't go for it cause plenty guys out there!

also that same girl ^ has been with her cousins boyfriend AND i have suspicions shes been with my ex as he text her whilst i was there so i don't feel bad anyway lol plus we never let guys come in between us.

If I knew that my friend really liked someone and I decided to start flirting with that person and then getting with them, I don't think that's on really. I wouldn't date any of my friends ex's!

if someone likes someone that person is off limits and i'd expect people to do the same to me. exs are fine as long as u know both ppl have fully moved on but its kinda weird

i think there's a time limit. if they liked someone for a relatively long time (several months) then i think it's a no-no. similar with relationships, if they've been together like 6 months+, then i think they're off limits. also, depends on how they broke up and if they're still good friends, if they were still great friends it wouldn't really matter. i hate when girls are like ''oh my leftovers, might aswell take my sandwich'' like **** off...

i wouldn't write someone off because they dated a friend but if does complicate things.
as long as both people are over it i think it's cool, it'd be a bit hard if your friend wasn't over them.

I don't get that see because like if A and B both like C but C only likes A, going by your rule A and C can't be together because of B's feelings despite the fact that B and C are never going to be a couple anyway, so it's taking away from 2 peoples happiness just to spare the ugly one from losing their daydreams

No they're not off limits. You can't help who you "fall in love with", I understand a friend is going to be annoyed but you can't just turn off romantic feelings for someone.

With exes it really depends on if you know what they broke up for. If it's something you can put up with/a stupid reason then sure but I'd also say there needs to be a cooling down period cos if it's 5 minutes after theyve broke up then it hurts the other person (and would feel like a rebound anyway). Love interests, it's fair game really. No-one really owns that person's love.

well obviously if they really liked each other then i wouldnt come between them but say u liked someone, and your friend knew, then they hooked up with this person then that is horrible!!!

If it was a close friend then I'd never go there because I value my close friendships far more than a potential relationship.
