So at least 4 female guards - possibly up to 14 if some of the allegations are true - have committed the kind of sex crime that would get a man put in jail for years (ie: illicit relations with a charge/wilful negligence of duty/gross breach of trust) and yet the report and the courts are talking about "the manipulation of young female officers".
