Being classed as super rare isn't because of how rare an actual item is, it's due to how they were made available on hotels. The Pear Tree is a super rare as it was only available through the Ecotron, so you couldn't purchase it from the Catalogue directly. On the other hand, the Furni-Matic prizes we can currently get wouldn't be classed as super rares in some cases as they were also available to buy in the Catalogue previously.
