Does it hurt if you like, look left or right?

If so I had this a few days ago - hurts like hell. I just left it, constantly supported my head/neck area and it went within about 2days.

How long have you had it? If you've slept funny it should go after a day or two...

Just take some pain killers. It will be just the way you slept, or a bit of a pull, will go away in a few days x

I used to get a sharp pain and it aches around the same area. It lasted for about a week and then just vanished so I don't really know what it was. Hopefully your pain goes away soon!
