I recently bought credits on my mobile through the Habbo credits page, received a receipt and everything and didn't get the credits on my account. Contacted player support and they told me it's not their problem and that I need to contact the third party even though I bought them via the Habbo page..
Do you think it's a little unprofessional that they are just telling me to contact the third party? :/
