Exploitable Glitches

I left habbo for 7 years, and upon my return, there's a LOT of changes.
The Zen garden isn't there anymore ( )
The Picnic area is there still... so tree-climbing isn't all gone.

i was wondering, what Glitches remain, are there any new ones? (Like Climbing trees, Walking outside the Area Boundary's etc.)
