In first year mine was £112 for a 42 week contract and next year my house is £80 per week for a 52 week contract.
So first year was £4704 excluding the £200 deposit and including all my bills.
Second year will be 4160 excluding the £200 deposit, the £75 admin fee, and all the bills.
I think ours is one of the cheapest in the uk. Some of the prices sound ridic!!
My halls was 90 a week for an ensuite on a 38 week contract. - £3420
second year house was £200 a month (12 months contract)
third year appartment was £215 (got it on a 10 months contract though)
£133 a week cant remember what contract I'll be on but I'm going to need extra weeks anyway because I only have 3 weeks summer holidays
Not quite sure how this is working out, I'll be paying £3,875 over a 50 week period (bills not included) and yet I can guarantee our property will be one of the nicer ones on this thread.
Location, location, location!
you're all so lucky with your cheap rent
why's it so cheap
I just did a conversion and it's almost double for student accommodation at my uni.. lol
Here the lowest is $250 a week not including bills for utilities which are estimated $1800 every 6 months.
That's £150 per week plus £1080 aprox utilities
Although the standard is beyond outstanding. All new, modern design and comes with car space.
