(Error) Could not create graphics card

Hi guys, so I am trying to install Simcity in my laptop and after hours of dealing with issues installing I am getting this error in Origin:



Googling did not give any relevant results/solutions so anybody who's got an idea to solve this? Thanks rep to anyone who helps

1. Directory windows > System32 > Double click DXDIAG.exe
2. Click display on left
3. Look for directx-funktions and make sure Ddraw and d3d are enabled + enable anything else

Yup I did try using dxdiag

ddraw d3d and agp texture acceleration are all "not available". Don't know what that means and thanks for the link, it doesn't open for me in Chrome but I'll try to open it somehow.
