Hotel Managers

Do hotel managers have set terms for how long they are hotel mansgers? Like are they HM for 2 years or does it just end when they give up?

Good question, never really thought of that and I'm not too sure if they have contracts or a set term.

I would probably think it's when the executive staff feel they need a change or if an HM isn't doing a very good job. I guess it would also depend on when the Hotel Manager is sick of dealing with greedy kids all day

Jibbi Left for Bolivia so thats when Callie took her place but i joined at the End on Ione so i didnt kno what happened to her but i wish i was there for her B'day lol

I think it's quite simple.

They get fired, they get promoted to work in an executive role, or they quit.

But it's an interesting point because they may have a maximum amount of time that they can have the HM status such as a max of 2 years.

I know moderators are only allowed to moderate for 2 hours per day in Canada and they are not allowed to exceed 2 hours in any given 24 hour period.

They don't usually get fired, I have never seen one get fired.
