Over time the value of the HC sofas has been slowly decreasing and yet for some reason the general conception you would be giving users of Habbo is that the HC value was rising because the value is listed at 65 rd I believe?

Not very many people are willing to part with 60 or more credits of norms for a single HC sofa. The only reason the value should have ever risen in the first place is because people would offer an incentive of extra credits in norms whenever they really needed an hc sofa.

These days you would be lucky to get 60-70 credits in norms for an Hc. I even sometimes trade an HC for 10 lodge corners. People will trade in one of their HC's for norms when they need norms and they don't usually ask a furni shop or the other trader to give them 60-70 credits worth just for their green sofa. It's my belief that the only reason some people continue to offer 60 credits for an hc is because Habbox has listed that value for quite some time while more experienced traders are well aware of the fact that the HC isn't actually worth 60 credits in norms.

The HC should be reduced to 45 credits because that tends to be the normal and average trading price.

I have witnessed an HC trade for 45 credits or less on at least 1000 seperate occasions. The value of the HC at 60 credits or more is not logical at this point in the hotels history.
