Wired - Auto Close/open gates help

I've followed MK,s wired auto line guide.

Does anyone know how to auto open/close gate when the line isn't or is full.

If the line is full, the gate will stay closed, but if someone leaves, the gate'll be open for new people to join.

Like what wired stack do I need to get and how to set it up? or do I even need to buy new wired?
