Hey, basically;

There are 4 freeze gates for 4 different teams, once I make the gates open - Everyone gets their helmets. But when I start the timer all of the helmets dissapear. Making it impossible to start a game.

Walk into gate
Get helmet
Start game
Helmet dissapears

Help!?

Yeah starting the timer removes helmets from everyone that previously had them and teleports them to an exit tile as well I think: which makes room for the next game. So I'm pretty sure you'd need to have the timer start before they get the helmets .

When the timer is in mid-game it doesn't allow you to walk into the freeze gates

Ohh in that case I think you just need to make sure they're on freeze tiles then? I'm kind of guessing though .
