So these last few weeks I have been searching the web looking for things around the world that I could do on my gap year. There are so many things that I have found already that I just never knew about before which I now want to do and it's amazing seeing what this world has to offer. For this competition all you need to do is post about something amazing that one could do on their gap year. For example, I have already found some festivals which I never knew about, landmarks that I could realistically visit and a few activities which have more than caught my attention.

The one which I take the greatest interest to will win the prize below.

lolol being serious though, getting a job as a... couch potato. This is an amazing opportunity because it's quick, easy and no fuss! No expenses necessary! Travel the world with a few documentaries if you really must but why bother with that crap when there's some good TV dramas out there instead!

Go to some other country and couch surf for a week or two. It's cheap and you'll meet some new friends along the way, would boost your confidence around peopl too.

1) Take a plane over the Sahara desert
2) Skydive into the middle of the desert
3) Spend a year trying to get home

Something from my own bucket list:
- Visit ancient landmarks, examples being Pompeii and Herculaneum, Rome and Greece. Even The Vatican, all very interesting places.
- Travel The Kimberley region which is located in Western Australia. From what I have seen it looks absolutely breathtaking

OMG, something I've always wanted to do during my gap year is to: travel around and eat delicious food. Whether it's around the country or even around the city, it would be amazing! Next to a couch potato, really! Aha.

A friend of mine has been doing that this summer, and I was extremely jealous! If it were me, it would have been a great opportunity to expand(?) my palate!
