probably not, depending if it was a one-off, depending on other factors (like drunkeness, whether it's the first time etc).

but then again it might be (probably would be) something that plays on my mind a lot and it might ending up harming the relationship and being the reason we broke up anyway

idk I've been cheated on by 4 different girlfriends yay and all of them I stayed with but then broke up soon after, obv something fundamentally wrong with the relationship if it's supposed to be monogamous and people aren't sticking to the rules. That said I didn't know about one of them until after we'd broken up but yeah the relationship is obv in trouble if people aren't happy with just their partner - either make it a polyamorous relationship, become swingers, or break up
