[+rep] HELP - Restore iphone back up

Hi right,

I have put a back up for my iphone onto a memory stick from my computer, as I want to put it onto a mac and then sync it... however when I click to restore from back up, there's not option to choose the file i want to back it up from Does anyone know how I do it, or if I can?

Not to worry anymore. Spend ages on a live chat to an Apple Advisor who sorted me out Back up didn't work in the end after finding out how to do it (grr!)
