Hotel Management

This is something I've been thinking about getting into recently. I've been working in a hotel since March and I love it! Lately I've been thinking about it as a career path I could take. Has anyone ever studied Hotel Management or is there anyone that could give me some advice?

My boss is literally the most ditsy person I have ever come across in my life, she probably can't even remember! The General Manager in the hotel is really hard to get hold of and tbh she's really not a nice person. The HR Manager only works Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays which coincidently are my days off :@ Whenever I just happen to be in there when she is she's ALWAYS busy and even when I ring up to see if she's available she can't answer because she's doing interviews.
