Umm, I'm not sure. It's happened a few times before but it eventually goes away. But it can last a long time.
I have noticed a few symptons from what you posted there, but I don't think macroglossia can just go away, can it?

And I'm not really worried, as said it's happened a few times and went back to normal. I'm just clueless why that's happening @Mark;
@Red; I don't really have a range of things I eat, it's always the same. And I'm mostly inside. So it's unlikely.
