You might mean 4-5 days with that knowing the usual response from Sulake.
But it's still nice to have somebody more than the **** customer support there.

What I don't understand is how it seems issues reported on there are fixed quite quickly, whereas issues reported through the help tool long ago are still yet to be fixed.. it's like the help tool reports never actually reach them. The twitter account seems like a nice idea seeing as they're replying to the tweets.
