    Customer service is TERRIBLE but I haven't had many problems with EE Mobile

    I am on o2 at the min but the 3G connection isnt very good

    I've never had EE actually fully go down since I started with Orange 10 years ago (give or take...)

    o2 are excellent for network, for customer service it is Tesco Mobile followed by o2 in my eyes.


    Just remember it's down to where you live and personal preference. Why not have a look online at the map of network coverage for each provider in your area?

    This. It depends on your area. For me I find that O2 works very well for me in London. 3 on the other hand often gets no service in my area, but I've heard otherwise from people on the other side of London so yeah, it really does depend on where you are. But O2 does also have great customer service imo .

    Not online very often
