I wouldn't call 13/12c a decrease more like just selling 1c cheaper.

It seems to have fallen from the current Habbox value of 15c though, which I think is what he was referring to

Not entirely surprising as sometimes the Christmas items slump this time of year, but it shouldn't happen until Xmas furni goes back into the catalogue so yes this is quite surprising. Originally Posted by november
