Automatic Mutes

I have been muted twice today on two different accounts.

First time was for calling someone an idiot. Legit within two seconds I was muted for another.

I went on a different account and was joking about a fetish. I was muted again within two seconds.

For both times I hadn't said anything mean or offensive, makes me question if they have a new moderating strategy.

Exactly! I'm sure someone got offended and reported the 'fetish talk' to a moderator, who dealt with it straight away. I highly doubt 11/12/13 year olds want to be told about fetishes. Good on them for muting you (the author of the post).

Habbo mutes you very easily now if you get reported; I get muted a lot now, shame it's like that tbh

I don't think those mutes were automatic. Some words like "skype" do trigger an alert to a moderator who checks if you just mentioned skype or were offering/asking for it. The moderators seem a bit better now, I can mention skype quite a lot without getting banned, but as soon as I ask for it, they ban.

I got muted for like 10 minutes for posting a .com link a couple of months back, I am not sure if that still happens.
