I take it you know basicly nothing about runescape.

No player, I repert NO PLAYER can do legends with 60,60,65 with 35prayer, It can not be done.

You are not allowed to buy or sell runescape accounts on runescape.com or the habboxforum.

You do not need skills to mechent, I personaly have never used a skill to make money, I have always used some type of mechenting, From buying a item, Using and selling it, To bulk trading, The only time i have ever needed skills was combat, Pking, Quests.

Bottem line, This will be locked. No point in it.
