New Broadcaster for Windows 7

Hey guys
I'm in need of a new broadcaster A.S.A.P.

I have tried:
All SAM Broadcasters ~ Won't let me add music... have tried everything most DJs have tried helping.
Mixxx & LAME ~ Lags on Radio
WinAmp & ShoutCast ~ Keeps crashing and not responding I need a new Broadcaster program before my next show.

Please help

There's not a lot of alternatives sadly from what I've seen and the alternatives that are out there are usually expensive (and hard to get if you get me).

There's two ones I've found not tried them yet but thinking of trying them as I could do with a SAM alternative myself:
