Everyone got banned (except testers + real company's) while testers, for the builders club test it out and report any bugs they may find.

Staff posted on the forum to the question on the forum in dev.habbo.com and said
"Hello there.At the moment, the developers are very busy with the new ''builders club''. They have to test it somewhere, and choose sandbox. This means that at the moment, you can only enter the hotel by an invite. More information will come soon. So don't worry
All accounts will be unbanned in a few months (around July 2014). And maybe you will get an invite "
