Disaster has struck! Due to the amount of work they have done in preparation for this Christmas, the Elves are no longer feeling in the Christmas spirit. For that reason they are now on strike and are refusing to work until their Christmas spirit is restored. We've tried singing carols, watching Christmas films and even eating mince pies, but none worked...
For this competition you have to think of different ways for the elves to get into the Christmas spirit.
Prize options: 10 "Santa's list" points plus
a) 5 credits +15 rep
b) 5 lottery tickets + 15 rep
c) 20 rep

1. Let the elves take a few days off and spend time with their families
2. Throw an early Christmas party for the elves as a reward!
3. For further motivation, make them read letters that children have written to Santa

Let them have a Christmas free day.. they'll once realise how boring/sad their lives are and come back begging to work!

put christmas songs on !!
tell them if they don't believe in christmas tinkerbell will die!! and then they have to chant "we do believe in christmas we do! we do!"
or just get some new employees ??

remind them that xmas dinner i still to come and every1 knows that is the best bit of xmas!!
they should have xmas songs on while they work so they can have a lil boogie :dance:
work always passes quicker if u have music on! and its fun to have a lil dance while u get the job done and sing along.

1) Lock them in a room where the walls are made out of speakers.
2) Play christmas music full blast into their tiny ears.
3) Feed them many mince pies.
4) Get them drunk.I love food
