I've had the Oops!! 30 error for months.

For atleast two months now, every time that I have tried to load Habbo on my laptop I have gotten error 30, I've tried everything I can possibly think of, I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled browsers, turned off the firewall to see if that was the problem and still nothing at all, I have no idea what I can do, I can still load Habbo on my PC and I can still load habbo.se (Habbo Sweden) on my laptop without any problems at all, does anyone know what I can do to fix the problem?

Tried un-installing flash and re installing?

Yeah, even still .se wouldn't work if it was flash:/
