I don't think I've ever been with good friends with a girl where after we've maintained a friendship for a long period of time they've wanted to be more than "just friends"

Usually if you meet someone new I think it quickly becomes apparent that you're both interested in more

but if you meet someone new and you slowly build up a friendship over a period of time it usually stays as a goodfriendship - but I guess this is where one person in some situations wants more

so I guess I haven't

Yeah I don't believe it exists. If they're not attracted to you then then they're not gonna date you .
