Needing Room Ideas

Hey guys. I am in need of room ideas! I would like somewhere where people can hang out and chat and have fun but also be populated. What I have observed are those rooms that offer "jobs" are more popular but I don't want to steal any of the ideas that have already been used.. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?

Auction places seem to have died again as all of the previous owners of them seem to have become inactive or picked them up.

Not 100% sure if there was a reason for this but personally, I liked them.

& that way, it's also profitable for you to sell Fast pass as well.
