if it is Adsense, then Sulake haven't got much control over it. Adsense works by recording what you search and posting ads on Adsense based on what you've been searching and what might "interest" you not always accurate in their ads but hey it's Google.

If it causes a serious problem, Adblock springs to mind.

If you've been watching gay porn or straight porn, Google will show mostly ad's relating to females, however some males show.

I think that's how it works anyway... My friend always used to get female Russian ads and he's gayer than Damien from Mean Girls
