So I've switched back to The Dojo and unfortunately still having problems:
- Can't see horizontal lines
- Can see all table borders when no borders option is set
- Can see all table borders when outer borders option is set
Whereas all the above work fine on the Habbox Winter skin but I haven't tried others.

I assume your screenshots are the wrong way round?

Look the right way around to me. Winter has the borders as described, Dojo has all the same type.
