Errr, Mods can not ban him for lieing, Maybe a mute, A ring of welth is 40k to 65k max. They are pointless unles you plan on killing 1k to 30k dragons or fire giants for a drop.

According to a mod in the fishing guild, liying about what a item does/it's effects to get more money can get you banned. They where talking about it last night. Edit - Straight from the rules
