Haven't seen loads of Johnny Depp stuff but a lot of his so called weird, mad characters all seem very similar so I do find him slightly overrated but I do need to see more stuff. I have yet to see The Lone Ranger but found his character in the trailer seemed too similar to Captain Jack Sparrow. Obviously it's the same guy but a good actor can adapt.
