My brother is damn sweet at minecraft buildings, I will ask him if he wants to if you like. He probably wont skype call though if oyu wanted to.

You can try posting this on:
- minecraftforums.net
- planetminecraft.com
- bukkit.org
You will get a lot more volunteers in these places also

I can help with building if you still need it, me and my cousins spend hours building spawns and staff buildings etc haha
