Default The Bare Necessities - Ends 3rd April

This weekend I've been stuck doing the dreaded job of tidying and I've come to notice how much junk I actually buy. Now when I say junk I mean that stuff we buy because of its unbelievable coolness or cuteness and never use but just can't bare to throw away. When it came to my tidying operation it didn't go very well and it has ended up in a box in the corner of a garage because I just can't throw the things away 'just in case'...

So, for this competition (and for my sanity), I would like you to tell me an object that you have bought but have never used and cannot throw away.

    The most extraordinary will win!

So, it's not so much what I buy, it's more about what it comes in.
Whenever I buy a new electronic product i.e. iPhone, iPad, MacBook, charger etc, I convince myself I need to keep the boxes everything has come in, in case one day, I realise my life depends on having kept the boxes.
The worst part is... I KEEP THE BOXES EVEN AFTER THE PRODUCTS BREAK OR OR SELL THEM! My name is Isla, I'm nineteen and I'm a box hoarder.

I keep Manuals.. I hate them, they come with all things I buy.. but I know as soon as I throw them away I'll be freaking out because I need it.

I keep certain items of clothing thinking that I'll probably wear it one day but haven't in years. I'm afraid that if I throw it out, I'll regret it because thats happened before.

My school uniform. I spent 13 years in school I don't want to just throw it out . I can never wear it though.
