It's because there are 1223 tiles in that layout (x's count as tiles for us) but when they make those layouts they have no restrictions. So you're unable to edit the room from the start unless you make it 200 tiles smaller.

I GOT IT BUT TY I FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT
it says there is only 888 tiles when making it which is misleading
