Teen girl shot dead in London

A teenage girl thought to be aged about 15 has been shot dead in east London, the Metropolitan Police has said.

Police were called shortly before 16:00 GMT to an address in Eastway, Hackney.

The girl was pronounced dead at the scene. Three men were arrested and taken into custody at a police station.

Officers attended the scene, together with London Ambulance Service and London's Air Ambulance (HEMS).

Police believe they know the identity of the girl, and have begun informing family.

Police are awaiting formal identification. A post-mortem examination is due to be held.

just read another article on bbc about it, it said they were playing with the gun and she ended up being shot in neck the men in custody are only 15 & 16 so horrible!!
