James Arthur compares himself to "exploited" 'Blackfish' killer whale

James Arthur has compared himself to an "exploited" killer whale.

The X Factor winner likened himself to Tilikum, who has been linked to the deaths of three people while in captivity- as he announced that he will release a free hip hop mixtape titled All The World's a Stage.

Asking fans to design the artwork for the mixtape, he said that he wants it to include a killer whale "attacking a crowd of people".

The singer also promised to meet the winning artist in person, adding that the mixtape will include 14 tracks of him "singing, rapping and producing".

Meanwhile, Arthur has described his promotion team as "embarrassing".

He tweeted: "HQ please stop writing things like 'we think you would #LOVE This and that' or 'everybody #GETDOWN and buy this..' It's embarrassing."

"Stick to promoting Paul Potts please. Thanks. #LOVE".
