Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, if not i'm sorry.

However I am having trouble getting into the Hotel on public library PC's which I spend most of my online time on!

I can log in, then when I press Enter hotel I get this error message:

    Oops!! 30 (#88985967)

Oops, we've encountered a technical problem. This error has been recorded by our system and will be investigated by our support team. Please try clearing your cache and reloading the Hotel.

Please re-open hotel to continue. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I have tried numerous times on various browsers and each time the same thing comes up.
    Hope somebody can help!

Maybe the library has blocked like chat room type sites or flash isn't installed

Generally a block page would come up and it hasn't done in this instance. I've played flash required games, aswell as seeing others playing games that require flash also. It's strange, I guess I will have to try contacting Sulake. I've searched the error code on google and found nothing at all.

It's a bit harder when you're not on your own computer. I'm not sure if you can clear the cache on a library computer? Also maybe try a different computer (if you haven't already)
