Not all waters have Fluoride being added to it. Also if you take a quick look at the Studies conducted by the Uni. of Yale you will eat your words.

Im fortunate to live in a province where we don't have fluoride added to our water.

One way to do so is by Reverse osmosis and other ways. Not so sure on the exact methods.
