So I got banned for a month for being sexual. I sent in my ticket asking for the chat logs from the room at the time. I replied to their email and then they replied with this:

Hello,

Thanks for the information you provided.
We went ahead and unbanned your account, so you should be able to use it as before. If you have any other queries, please create a new ticket and we'll be more than happy to help.

So they basically couldn't provide me with chat logs or they looked at them and realised I wasn't breaking the rules.

Kind of pathetic and the fact they didn't own up to banning me wrongly.

Oh well I'm unbanned I guess. Just wanted to make another thread pointing out that there are still flaws in their moderation system.

Why would they own up to it? The people who deal with the tickets aren't the moderators, they don't ban anybody.

Yeah but they're representing Habbo and if they can clearly see I got banned for no reason and they have no evidence to support it, it's common courtesy to apologize (even if it's on behalf of the mods).

I think in the end, moderators are becoming more strict on certain thing that they shouldn't, and they aren't strict for other things. It's annoying, but at least they are easy about it.

Glad you're unbanned Matt, yeah you're unbanned, but if you didn't say anything in the first place related to your ban reason then I'd be annoyed too.
