Inspired by true events, a professor gathers a team of his best students to participate in a shocking experiment: the creation of a poltergeist. The professor believes that paranormal events are triggered by negative human energy and so begins a series of experiments pushing a young woman to the edges of sanity.
The professor and his students soon come to realise that their experiments have released a force much more horrifying than they ever expected and must fight against it for their survival.
