I'm currently planning to open a fansite in about a month's time, and we have several positions available:
-General Manager (EU,OC,NA)
-Radio Manager (EU,OC)
-Forum Manager
-Events Manager (EU and INTL)
-Graphics Manager
-News Manager
-Community Manager (EU and INTL)
Plus developers and department staff!

To get people interested in your fansite, you need to show a few sneak peeks etc. Just like this won't attract as many people.
Be careful what you wish for!

I'd love to see what it looks like before I make decisions 
As @XxZammyXx; said you'll need sneak peeks like images for people to become interested or at least have some feedback ^_^I'm making a comeback!
