With the floor map editor floor) for builder's club members, once you make a room with it do you get to keep that room design even after your BC has run out? I will buy BC like once to make a nice room design but I dunno whether i can still use it once bc expires...

I think it locks when it expires, you have to have it to actually be able to open the room, but it stays how you made it.

I don't know if if you don't user builders club furni, you get the keep the room layout and it stays unlocked tbh

You get to keep it, the room doesn't lock. It hasn't for me anyway.

The FAQ makes it appear as though rooms created would be locked:


but I believe in that case it refers to building as placing furniture in the room. Rooms edited using the tool are not locked AFAIK.
