Spotify and Instragram BBCode

I have made it possible so you are now able to post music from Spotify and also embed Instagram pictures into your posts.


Embedding Spotify Tracks

You need to grab the Spotify URI to be able to get the correct code to post on the forum. You can do this by right clicking the music track and then choosing "Copy Spotify URI". When you paste it you will get something like the following: spotify:track:2Oehrcv4Kov0SuIgWyQY9e you only need the part that is marked as BOLD and in RED.


You then use the bold part of the URI and post it by doing the following:

[spotify]2Oehrcv4Kov0SuIgWyQY9e[/spotify]

Embedding Instragram Pictures

Posting Instragram pictures is pretty much straight forward. When you view a Instragram image in the browser it will give a URL like the following: http://instagram.com/p/eAg_ZFg9V6. All you need is part that has been marked in BOLD and in RED.

You then use that part of the URL and do the following to be able to post them in your posts:

[insta]p/k8EMSnA9Q1[/insta]
