Safe To Wander Into Wilderness?

Is it safe for me to wander into the wilderness providing I don't bring anything? I'm bored with exploring the free world and I'm not quite ready to pay yet

things will attak you including npc's but if you just take wep , body and legs ull be safe
and if you see any white dots on map just logoff asap and change world or w8 a while then logg back on

Which will get him skulled, and if he's carrying 3 items then dies he'll only keep one..

Actully you can take 4 items if you can protect item, (body, sword, legs & kite), but if you can't protect item or if you aren't fast at putting protect item on I would only take 3 items.
