Thanks guys, I agree, those things would've looked a lot better. I wanted to maintain a colour theme throughout the rooms and that's why I chose the bed (purple, purple walls) and the sofa (red, to go with the red doormat on the teleports).
I'm destroying it because it's too much room-wise, is poorly constructed and really doesn't appeal to me. I wanted a 'home' where I could sit, go afk, talk to my buddies.. But I don't want to do that here at all.
