    Default Help.habbo.com buttons are back

After weeks of contacting Habbo customer support with countless replies of them making up excuses, I finally managed to get them to add the 'Submit a request' and 'Check your existing requests' buttons back on help.habbo.com.

"The Submit a Request button has not been removed, it has been moved to the FAQ area of the helptool. So you will want to type a keyword (e.g. hacked account) in the "Find Your Answer Here" search box. If the FAQs relating to your keyword don't help, you then have the option to submit a request."

If this is the case then how are you supposed to read your old requests?

Did they remove them because they don't want people to send tickets since they cba to help people anyway? Wouldn't be surprised if that's the reason.

Woo! Thank you for this! My days of spam clicking are over!

I do believe that someone posted the links to "submit a request" and "check existing requests" on this forum though, so whoever that was thanks because that did come in handy a few times! With them finally changing it though it will be so much easier!

I'm 99.9% confident they removed the buttons so they could slow down users sending requests and catch up on the back log. Then I guess they never wanted to put them back and deal with user problems, even though most of us pay for the service in some form.

I agree with Daltron, it seemed the only reason for the buttons disappearing. It had been happening for ages and was a pain in the arse.

I mentioned this and making LTDs marketplace-able in the new forum thing a week or two ago. Both issues have been resolved pretty quickly. Either a big coincidence or they actually do read that forum. Both long overdue anyway.
