If you had unlimited funds to research and invent something, anything

What would you spend your time and money researching and ultimately inventing?

Would it be something to make your life easier, to make you rich? or why would you invent the thing you invented?

I would probably just the invent a time machine. Well with unlimited funds then of course i would spend all the money researching it. I would invent it to fix all the mistakes I made in the pass

I would use it to fund research on the ultimate holiday. I would do all the research personally so no one else has to have the burden of having the ultimate holiday.

i'd fund transportation to and sustainability to live on another planet. travel times would be less than 1 year and you have to stay within a healthy BMI range to live on my planet
