Not Receiving "Forgot Your Password" Emails?

So I just got unbanned but now I can't log into my account because I can't remember the password???????

I've entered my email into the "forgot your password" thingy but I am not receiving any emails from them?

It's a hotmail account if that counts for anything

Think they have a problem with hotmail accs. Mine stopped getting them years ago which meant I lost a few of my accs when the merge happened. You will have to use the help tool.

They did use to state a long time back not to use certain email addresses due to the not receiving email problem, can't understand why.

It's pretty silly considering how widely used hotmail is, but alas, the above are correct.

The help tool is the way to get into contact, though don't expect a reply any time soon. :}

yeah I never get them emails and I think I deleted my spam folder on my email so I just assume they all go to my inbox (if i get them). I've never been able to receive them emails when I request them. Drive me mad. I can't remember if I had to ask habbo to change it via the help tool or how I even got around it, I remember it taking forever though.
